Nasi Goreng, meaning “stir-fried rice,” brings together a mix of flavors in one plate. We chose to use our local superfood grain, Adlai, instead of rice to add more goodness to this Indonesian staple. It’s served with chicken marinated and cooked in our homemade sambal, and we top it all of with a sunny-side up, without which our Nasi Goreng 2.0 wouldn’t be complete.

Ingredients: Chicken, Homemade Sambal, Homemade Kecap Manis, Spring Onion, KangKong, Kafir Lime, Beansprouts, Coconut, Garlic, Shallot, Lemongrass, Garlic, Ginger, Fish paste, Chili and Egg.
