This dish is packed with flavor. Minced pork is tossed in a Szechuan peppercorn sauce and then sautéed with egg noodles in a sticky addicting sauce. We make our own chili garlic oil to complement this dish. Ideal for those who do not shy away from lots of flavor and a bit of heat.
