Wagyu Salpicao Stew

We use local wagyu beef for this classic Filipino dish. We add balsamic vinegar and pineapple juice to our salpicao sauce to add some tang. Served with water spinach or kangkong, garlic and of course, sauce to soak into that red rice sinangag!

Ingredients: beef, water spinach, shiitake mushrooms, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, pineapple, garlic, red rice
